Centralization of all parameters
With the new generation of the MagicControl all functions and parameters for the powder coating system such as guns, reciprocators and booth are fully under control.
Intuitive user interface
The comfortable touchscreen with it’s modern Icon user interface enables easy and intuitive handling for every operator.
Reproducibility of coating results
Thanks to the MagicControl, all functions and application parameters are centrally stored. Personalised programs can be produced and retrieved at any time.
Fully integrated automation
The control system is designed to be networked with all components of the coating process. This simplifies the production and maintenance processes and improves overall line management efficiency.
Constant quality with minimum powder consumption
All parameters can be individually adapted to different powder types and programmed directly on the display.
Flexible configuration and integration
Whether as a component in a control cabinet or a stand-alone console, the MagicControl is used directly where the coating process takes place.
Reliable CanBus industry standard communications
The CanBus standard is used to interconnect the system’s components like guns, reciprocators, part detection, conveyor speed detection etc.
Data exchange with superior PC and PLC systems
MagicControl’s feature an ethernet® connection for the easy and reliable data interchange with higher level plant or factory systems.
